IPG offer a 10 day cooling off period for customers who wish to cancel their purchase and obtain a refund. In order to claim your refund please follow the simple 2 step process below:

1. • Complete the IPG Refund Authorisation form below – the form must be completed in its entirety and printed
2. • Return the purchased ticket booklet/s in their entirety by post to: IPG, PO Box 1005, Coquitlam, BC, V3J6Z4 – Tickets must be sent by mail within 10 days of the purchase date. Please keep proof of postage for your records or request a postage stamp to be put on your parcel.

Thank you for your custom, although you have decided to not play Paintball with us on this occasion we do hope to see you down at one of our premium Paintball fields in the not so distant future. If you are within your 10 day cooling off period your purchase will be refunded once you have completed the 2 step process above. Please allow up to 21 working days from the date that you have completed this form and returned the tickets. Refunds will attract an administration fee.
